Today, Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty has grown to more than 430 agents and four offices under the leadership of Jenny Pruitt, David Boehmig, Nancy See, Bill Rawlings, Lisa Johnson, Jennifer Pino, Jim Glover, Sherri Conrad and Scott Payne.

JENNY PRUITT

CEO & Founder

Jenny Pruitt, a third-generation Atlantan, is revered as a community advocate and philanthropist and respected nationally as a visionary real estate leader. Her strong business acumen has led to more than four distinguished decades of success in the Atlanta residential real estate arena.


Jenny began her real estate career in 1968 before establishing Jenny Pruitt & Associates in 1988. In 2007, she and her business partner, David Boehmig, opened Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. The company’s 430 agents are among the most accomplished real estate professionals in Metro Atlanta, with more than $2.4 billion in sales in 2017.


She is the recipient of numerous accolades, including the Atlanta REALTORS® Association’s E.A. Isakson Award; the Sally Washburn Lifetime Achievement Award; and REALTOR® of the Year – 1980; the Georgia Small Business Person of the Year; and is an inductee of the Business Hall of Fame at Georgia State University, the YWCA Academy of Women Achievers and the Junior Achievement Hall of Fame. Jenny was the 2016 recipient of the Four Pillar Award from The Council for Quality Growth, which recognizes the pillars to be quality, responsibility, vision and integrity and celebrates her philanthropic endeavors as well as significant contributions to economic development in Metro Atlanta.


Jenny is committed to helping Atlanta maintain its exceptional quality of life through her philanthropic service, humanitarian support and volunteer commitments. She is active with Habitat for Humanity, and serves on the Board of Councilors for the Carter Center and the Board of the Directors of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce. She is also a Director of the Buckhead Coalition. In October 2015, Jenny released her book, Beneath His Wings, which follows her walk of faith in the marketplace, while offering guidance and inspiration.


Jenny and her husband, Bob, have been married for more than 50 years. They have two daughters and seven grandchildren.

DAVID BOEHMIG

President & Founder

As President of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, David touches every aspect of the company in a hands-on fashion. His visionary focus is meeting the needs of today’s home buyers and sellers using cutting edge technology, wonderful marketing tools, and by maintaining a supportive and encouraging sales associate and employee environment.


His 20+ years of experience in residential real estate is complemented by 10 additional years in commercial banking where David focused on real estate and small business financing.


Named REALTOR® of the Year in 2006 and a Captain of Industry in 2010 by the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, David has consistently been an integral part of the success of many industry related organizations. He has also served in leadership roles for several committees and is a past President of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association(2005). David was the 2004 Chair of the Georgia Association of REALTORS®; Technology Committee. David also serves on the Board of Directors for First Multiple Listing Service.


David's civic involvement includes serving on the boards of two local organizations: the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Mission and the Board of Advisors for the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. David is also an active member of the Atlanta Rotary Club. David is a native Atlantan who was graduated from Pace Academy and received his BBA degree in finance from Georgia State University. He lives in Duluth with his wife, Stephanie. They have five children.

NANCY SEE

Senior Vice President, Managing Broker & Founding Partner

Nancy has come full circle. Her real estate career began when she was the assistant to the Founder and Chairman of Sotheby’s International Realty in New York in 1976. She has been a dedicated REALTOR® in Atlanta since 1984 and has served countless agents as a Managing Broker for well over 30 years. As Senior Vice President and Managing Broker of the Buckhead office of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, Nancy leads an award-winning team of professionals specializing in the Atlanta market. She is dedicated to providing an environment in which each of her agents can thrive with extensive training, one-on-one business coaching and innovative marketing and technological resources.


Not only has she served each and every agent in her offices with genuine care and concern, she has passionately served the real estate industry. Nancy served on many committees while rising through the ranks of leadership to eventually become the President of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA) in 2013. She continues to serve well beyond any obligations held as a Past President, including currently serving on the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Board of Directors and on the Georgia Association of REALTORS® (GAR) Professional Standards Committee.


Nancy is very involved in her church and many philanthropic endeavors. She and her husband enjoy traveling and you may find her around her home in Sandy Springs playing with her Brittany spaniel, Nelson!

BILL RAWLINGS

Senior Vice President & Managing Broker, North Atlanta Office

Bill has been in the real estate industry for more than a decade in roles including sales associate, career development vice president, chief operating officer and managing broker. During his career, he has been involved in more than $3 billion in closed sales, was Rookie of the Year in 2003 and was named a Top 10 Agent Company-wide in 2010. As a Life Member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Top Producers, Bill represented the buyer in the largest residential sale in the Atlanta area in 2006. Named by the Atlanta Business Chronicle one of the 100 Most Influential Atlantans in real estate in 2017, Bill brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and professional reputation to the management team.


In addition to his responsibilities with his agents, Bill also serves the general REALTOR® population in Atlanta through his involvement with the Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA). Bill served as the 2017 President of the Atlanta REALTORS®, one of the nation's oldest and largest associations with more than 8,000 active members throughout the Metro Atlanta area. In addition, he represents the Atlanta REALTORS® on the Georgia REALTORS® Board of Directors as well as the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors. Bill earned the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation from the Real Estate Business Institute in 2016. He is the recipient of the Atlanta REALTORS® Five Star Circle of Excellence award in recognition of his leadership and innovative thinking, in addition to receiving a Captain of the Industry award for his continued support and service.


Outside of the real estate industry, Bill was recognized as a top campaign fundraiser for The Leukemia & Leukemia Society’s Annual Atlanta Man & Woman of the Year campaign where the 2015 group raised over $1,100,000 to go toward research to eradicate blood cancers. He was named the 2016 corporate walk chair by the Georgia Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society for its 2016 Atlanta Light The Night Walk, an annual fundraising event that raised nearly $1.5 million to fund lifesaving research and to provide support and information to families affected by blood cancers. He was named to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Georgia Chapter Board of Trustees in 2016.


Bill is a graduate of the University of Alabama with a bachelor of science degree in commerce and business administration. Bill and his wife, Audra, live in the area and have two children, Carter and Leighton.


The North Atlanta office of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty opened in 2009 and is based in Sanctuary Park, specializing in northern suburban areas such as Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Suwanee, Dunwoody, Cumming and Milton. The office has been recognized five years in a row as the Best of Alpharetta by the readers of the Appen Papers.

LISA JOHNSON

Senior Vice President & Managing Broker, Intown Office

Lisa Johnson, Senior Vice President and Managing Broker of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty's Intown Office, leads an award-winning team of real estate professionals specializing in Atlanta's Intown market. Located on Peachtree Street in the heart of Atlanta's Midtown community, Intown consistently ranks among the city's top-performing offices.


Lisa began her real estate career in 1997 and became the associate broker of the Coldwell Banker Buckhead Office in 2003, where she served under Philip White, now the CEO of Sotheby's International Realty. Lisa became a managing broker in 2006 and worked at offices in Roswell and Intown before joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty in October 2013. Lisa served as the 2016 Chair of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producers Committee and was awarded the Five Star Circle of Service award in 2017. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta REALTORS® Association.


Born and raised in Southern California, Lisa moved to Atlanta in 1992. She married Brett, a Georgia native, in 1996 and they have a daughter. Lisa enjoys anything that has to do with sunshine, warmth and water, especially scuba diving. Lisa also enjoys attending concerts and dining at Atlanta's newest restaurants.

JENNIFER PINO

Vice President & Managing Broker, Buckhead Office

As the Vice President and Managing Broker of the Buckhead Office of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty, Atlanta native Jennifer Pino leads an award-winning team of professionals specializing in the Atlanta market. One of the biggest joys in Jennifer’s life, after her husband and their two children, is helping others to succeed. A natural encourager, Jennifer spent her professional career in roles that brought out the best in others and helped others reach their goals. With a background in education, design and residential real estate, Jennifer is dedicated to providing an environment in which each of her agents can thrive with extensive training, one-on-one business coaching as well as innovative marketing and technological resources.


With a desire to serve others, Jennifer relishes the opportunity to assist agents with any challenge. A keen sense of adventure has fueled Jennifer’s love of travel, especially to her beloved Spain, where her husband has a large extended family. Her experiences abroad and her natural appreciation of art, design and other cultures has enabled her to understand many different points of view. Coupled with her analytical mindset, this gives her agents an edge when strategizing, negotiating and finding out-of-the-box solutions.


Jennifer values giving back to her community both professionally and personally. She is a Director at the Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA), and serves as the 2017 Vice President of Professional Excellence. She and her husband enjoy volunteering together annually at Habitat for Humanity. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys cheering on her kids at basketball and cheerleading around their home in Milton, Georgia.

JIM GLOVER

Vice President & Managing Broker, Cobb Office

Jim Glover, Vice President and Managing Broker for Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty’s Cobb office, oversees and manages many of the industry’s top professionals at the renowned luxury real estate company’s fourth Atlanta branch.


Jim brings more than 20 years of experience to his new role, including work on the reverse side as an agent. As a result of his dedication and success, Jim accrued more than $1 billion in sales and held the sought-after position as No.1 transaction agent at his previous company. Over the years, he has earned the many titles, including No.1 Listing Agent Company-Wide and No. 2 Transaction Leader Company-Wide, held many positions in various organizations throughout Metro Atlanta and continues to maintain an extensive network and knowledge of the area, further establishing his success and commitment to growth.


A sixth-generation Cobb County native, three-time author and member of The Luxury Home Marketing Institute, Jim currently resides in Cobb County. When he isn’t working, Jim enjoys spending time with the loves of his life – his three dogs.

SHERRI CONRAD

Associate Managing Broker & Coaching Mentor, North Atlanta Office

Sherri Conrad, Associate Managing Broker and Coaching Mentor for Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty’s North Atlanta Office, applies years of experience to aid more than 140 real estate professionals achieve dynamic growth in both sales volume and professional development.


An Atlanta resident for more than 35 years, Sherri has watched Metro Atlanta transform into the ninth-largest metropolitan city in the country, giving her a unique perspective and expert knowledge in guiding her team. Within her first three years in real estate, she achieved more than $15 million in sales, earning her recognition as an Atlanta REALTORS® Association Top Producer. In 2016, she was chosen for the Leadership Council by the Atlanta REALTORS®, and has served on their Communications and Public Relations Committee since 2016.


Her passion for real estate sparked when she purchased her first home at 20 years old. By the time she was 30, she had purchased four more homes – and built two of them. Sherri’s role at Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty continues to evolve, first serving as an agent, representing both buyer and seller clients. In 2017, she transitioned to the role of Coaching Mentor, where she applied her invaluable skill set to help new and experienced agents achieve success.


“I was beyond enthusiastic to design and launch the STEPS Educational Program – our first company training platform,” Sherri said. “It has been a huge success, and we’ve watched our newer agents take advantage of the criteria to develop a strong foundation and build a successful real estate career. Additionally, I facilitate and lead group business coaching within our office along with one-on-one training with our agents. It’s during these sessions that I’m able to demonstrate how to leverage our technology and marketing in order to take their business to the next level.”


In 2018, Sherri was promoted to Associate Managing Broker. As a member of the senior leadership team, she oversees productivity and supports continuous growth for the North Atlanta office, which continuously ranks among Metro Atlanta’s top-producing offices.


Sherri resides in the Johns Creek area with her two daughters, Saylor and Skylor. She has been an avid tennis player since the age of five and enjoys traveling, volunteering at her daughters' school and is an active member at her church.

SCOTT PAYNE

With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and homebuilding industry, Scott has witnessed firsthand the ever-evolving trends of the Atlanta market. He has excelled in management and currently leads an award-winning, top-producing team of luxury real estate professionals as Vice President and Managing Broker for Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty’s Buckhead office, alongside Nancy See and Jennifer Pino. By combining his experience with the unmatched global advantages of the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand, Scott aims to offer an exceptional level of service to his team with a goal to contribute to the unrivaled productivity of Metro Atlanta’s one true international realty brand.


Scott has a proven track record of identifying market opportunities that increase revenue, profitability and market share. He also leads the Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty Developer Services division as the premier source for new home sales and marketing in the metro area. Scott previously served as the vice president of new home sales at his previous brokerage, national vice president of sales operations for a Fortune 500 builder and Charlotte division president for a major regional builder.


Scott earned his BBA in real estate from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and South Carolina.
